CONCOMITANT IMMUNE THERAPY IN ONCOLOGY PRACTICE

Radiation and polychemotherapy significantly affect the immune system of a cancer patient, unabling to adequately respond infectious agents provide effective antitumor protection. Rehabilitation disorders is an urgent task, solution which will contribute generalization experience when suing modulators in patients. To summarize existing data on use concomitant therapy treatment, reports published within 30 years Pubmed, Cochrane Library, ScienceDirect Vernadsky National Library Ukraine were analyzed. It expedient correction at different stages treatment case compliance with certain criteria for prescribing modulatory drugs. Their most justified after primary tumor removal, even presence metastases, because increase resistance achieved absence cells patient's body or their minimal quantities. Possibilities goals patients should be considered taking into account stage treatment.
